I've always liked Martin Barre, but generally preferred Jethro Tull's "This Was" with Mick Abrahams. I thought Mick Abrahams honed a knife edge to Ian's music which was lost a little with his departure. I spent a lot of time cruising with Blodwyn Pig blasting out of my 8-track player in my Hillman Minx.
