    Default Winter NAMM 2018

Now that NAMM is behind us.

Beside the de facto realisation that Gibson wasn't there.

What caught your attention, what are you keeping your eye on?

For me it's the release of the Warm Audio WA73-EQ

I like these posts because you get clues on what's cool that you might have missed simply because your focus was onto something else. Or plain simple you can't see it all and skipped a few videos or reports.

Thought it would be nice to get some postings here. At least I'm trying right !

I'm curious about the Rupert Neve audio interface, but no idea what it's gonna cost yet. Also, Wesaudio came out with a digitally controlled, analog parametric EQ in 500 series. I really think digital control of analog gear is the future for at least the next 5 years or so.

There's a new brand called UKSound you may like! Cheaper stuff by the guy from BAE; some Neve clones, he came out with an 1176..

I have seen that one from UKSound. A 1073 pre with 1176 comp. Seen some videos of the unit.
Actually both(Warm and UKSound) are great options.

Digital control of analog(or outboard gear) is not new stuff. But it's nice to see more of it, mostly if you need to automate/sequence changes.

I have all the OD's I need, but this new Tubescreamer from Ibanez with a miniature nu tube does have my interest enough to want to check it out http://www.ibanez.com/products/u_eff...3&effect_id=39
