    Default Wah.............

Okay, I think I want a Wah Pedal.

Never really played one before. Sure, some time with them. But, not owning one and really playing one.

    Sooooo...........

Here's what I want, and am asking the Brain Trust here at Toyz to steer me in the right direction.

No tonal change when on or off, without me rocking the Pedal.

No Volume Boost unless I want it for a specific application.

    No Noise.

A way to leave it ****ed in position, and to turn it on and off without having to re-adjust it.

Works with OneSpot and/or DC Brick.

Possibly more, as I think about it more.

    What I don't care about:

Some famous Tone that others have used.

I plan on using it as an extension of my playing, and as a type of Tone Control. So, I'm not trying to cop Jimi's Tones or anything of the sort.

    So, does this exist?

    Ha!

I wrote something similar to "Roostered", and the Forum Software (I guess?) replaced the letters with ****

I'd go with the RMC 8 if you're not trying to cop strait vintage. The EQ will help you shape your sound and it will meet your other requirements.

Even if you are not,the RMC8 is a Picture wah with EQ Option.About as Vintage as you can get.

I can testify about the RMC8. It has the most natural sound on and off. It doesn´t thin your natural guitar tone like the usual mass produced wahs. This Wah machine has the best buffer I´ve heard it keeps my tone like I like it.

On it sounds like the best wah made on Earth. Ok too much praising. To me the Dunlop sounds treble]& thinnish and the RMC8 can be whatever you wish with the Eq slides. It has a switch for normal wah (the best option IMHO ) and for modern wah with less low. I like the Wah without the Eq engage for clean amp channel vintage wah and eq engage for rocking wah. The Rmc8 sound more full, mid sweet and treble set right(full freq and alive) than any VOx, Dunlop or other wahs. You will love it.

    That RMC8 looks great!

No you engage it with your foot. But the eq has a little button you engage on the front right side. It can be foot activated with your foot tip. Undeneatht the throttle you have the normal or modern flip switch. It is a high parts done with love wah. You will like it .

Best way to accomplish this is by placing the wah in a bypass loop.Small on/off box next to wah and beginning of chain.

If you're set about the fixed wah thing... think it's only availble used now tho.

There's also a Kerry King signature model of the same thing... don't recall the differences aside the look of it.
