I don't know about 'reigning king', but I'll put in a vote for the Sweetsound Mojo vibe. Maybe Carl will check in, he's tried most of them.

Ya know, I've tried several through the years...I am using the Fulltone and it suites me fine.
Still want to try a Sweetsound once again direct against someday.
And, glad to have you over here Jack! You are a wealth of information sir.

Not GASing for a vibe now. My Fulltone does the job, and I have to get my KR vibe working again myself (so much for customer service).

But this one sounds cool (not tried it in person):

The "Ultimate" to me is the original but it's expensive and huge and not true bypass but the bar to which the others must aspire to be sound wise.

My choice is the Ultra Vibe as it's just right. It's a little big but size is secondary to the sound of the thing.

The Mojo Vibe and Mini/Deja Vibes both are excellent choices but the Mojo's edge is in it jack for an expression/speed pedal. Other than that I think both sound the same, have excellent build quality and are of a good size, for the size conscious.

The KR sounds great, no doubt about it, but the build quality pales in comparison to the Sweet Sound or Fulltone products.

Hey John, If you have issues with a repair I could help you out so just let me know.

    Regards,
    George

Per the Prescriptions, I think it was Bob who made the older ones, right guys? ANyways, One of the best vibe tones I've heard live was one of those old Prescriptions when I saw Wes Jeans.
