Got an advance copy back in March and I've listened to it hundreds of times. Really digging the soulful singing and the sax leads. Some of Warren's best stuff.

I've been diggin' the sax and guitar interplay too. Very tasty stuff. I'm trying to put my finger on it--maybe some Blodwyn Pig influences.

Yeah, the sax is great. I've always liked Warrens playing with the ABB and I've liked a lot of the Gov't Mule stuff. While the Mule stuff always had great grooves and killer playing and vocals, some of it got very dark. Nothing wrong with that, but it's nice to have something from him that makes you want get in the car, roll the windows down and crank the stereo on a nice sunny day and drive. Now, if I could just afford gas!

He's going to be down here at the San Diego House of Blues also. I'm hoping to make it there.

That's really damn nice !!!!! Thanks for sharing ! Straight to the cd to buy list.... my little one came running to dance by the computer when it started playing... that's always a good sign. Wait she just ran out to grab a mic and she's singing and harmonizing along lol
